I’m Michelle Goheen, CPA, and I bring over 30 years of experience in finance, consulting, and real estate investing, with a career centered on maximizing enterprise value for clients, employers, and investors. I spent a decade at two of the world’s leading consulting firms—EY and PwC—advising on transactions totaling tens of billions of dollars, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. My real estate investing journey began in 1994 and has remained a constant focus throughout my career. Today, I combine institutional-level financial expertise, strategic planning, and disciplined risk management to structure tax-efficient investments and evaluate long-term performance with clarity and precision.

I’m based in Oxford, Mississippi, where I maintain a local office and take a hands-on approach across acquisitions, due diligence, development oversight, and vertically integrated property management. My deep local market knowledge and strong relationships with brokers, attorneys, developers, bankers, and operators allow me to identify opportunities early and execute with discipline. I’m known for a detail-oriented, data-driven approach that prioritizes operational excellence, resident experience, and long-term asset performance—ensuring consistent value creation for investors through strategic execution and sustained portfolio management.
